Neal: Lloyd’s has potential to double in size despite “sluggish” digital journey

The Lloyd’s marketplace has the potential to double in size by embracing the opportunities of scale offered by digitalisation, according to CEO John Neal, although he acknowledged that the pace of digital transformation had been “sluggish” in some areas.
