MS Amlin agrees $266mn split RITC with RiverStone for Lloyd’s legacy book

MS Amlin has agreed a split reinsurance-to-close (RITC) transaction with RiverStone International for the UK P&C portfolio of the 2019 and prior years of account for Syndicate 2001.
