MMC completes $5.6bn JLT deal

MMC has today completed its £4.3bn ($5.6bn) acquisition of UK-headquartered broker JLT Group, cementing its position as the industry’s largest global (re)insurance broker with a particular pre-eminence in specialty distribution.
