MMA buys 525-employee Midwest broker Assurance

Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA) has acquired Illinois-based independent agency Assurance Holdings, which will operate as the Midwest regional headquarters for Marsh’s US middle market agency subsidiary.
