MGA insurtechs Setoo and Pattern to merge
Embedded insurance-focused Setoo has agreed to merge with Pattern, an insurtech startup that is coming out of stealth mode, with the joint company having the insurance backing of Axa, Spinnaker Insurance Company, Wakam and others.
