Merck victorious against Chubb, Lloyd’s and others in $1bn+ NotPetya coverage dispute
The long-running cyber loss dispute between Merck and its property insurers led by Chubb has been decided in favour of the pharmaceutical heavyweight at the first instance, in a case which also shines a light on the industry’s so-called legacy “silent” cyber exposures.
