McGovern: Axa XL will grow Lloyd’s business in 2022

After four years of shrinkage and remedial work, the iconic Lloyd’s Syndicate 2003 will expand in size this year, Axa XL’s UK and Lloyd’s CEO Sean McGovern predicts.
