Marsh sues Lockton over hire of SPAC group leader Millett
Marsh USA has sued its former special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) group leader Machua Millett and his new employer Lockton – alleging “blatant and unabated disregard” of non-solicitation obligations – with the judge in the case granting a temporary restraining order.
