Markel Re retro execs retain Lodgepine roles
Lodgepine CEO Andrew Barnard and president Brent Slade along with property retro executives Jamie Welsby and John Duda will continue working at the Bermuda-based start-up ILS fund manager despite the closure of parent Markel’s property cat reinsurance unit where three of the quartet also had senior roles.
