The organisational changes and leadership appointments announced this week by Aon Reinsurance Solutions will allow the firm to fully capitalise on its “boots on the ground” regional network and cooperate globally on growth initiatives as it also goes back on the front foot in hiring talent, according to CEO Andy Marcell.
