Mapfre posts improved CR of 96.8% in Q4 as net result falls 36%

Spanish (re)insurer Mapfre reported a combined ratio of 96.8 percent for the fourth quarter of 2022 as its net result declined 36.1 percent year on year to €153.8mn ($165.6mn).
