Lockton takes M&A trio from Aon
Lockton has hired Joshua Halpern, Gaurav Sud and Eric Ziff from Aon to lead its transaction liability team in a move that it said will significantly bolster its M&A advisory and brokerage capabilities for placing representations and warranties, tax liability and other contingent liability insurance.
