Lloyd’s first CEO and strident reformer Ian Hay Davison dies

Lloyd’s first CEO Ian Hay Davison – nicknamed the “Wyatt Earp of Lime Street” for his zeal in improving conduct, overhauling standards and introducing greater transparency – has passed away, aged 91.
