Liberty’s M&A insurance team says R&W claims frequency continues to fall
Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS) says claims frequency within its representations and warranties (R&W) portfolio has dropped to 16 percent for policies incepting in 2019, down from 21 percent at the same point in time for business bound in 2018.
