Liberty Mutual rebuffs hotels’ multi-million-pound BI suit
Liberty Mutual’s Luxembourg-headquartered carrier has fought back in a UK legal suit brought by a group of six hotels, including branches of the popular Hilton and Crowne Plaza chains, stating that it is not liable to pay their Covid-19 business interruption (BI) losses.
