Liberty and Aviva fight back against Fuller’s multi-million pound BI claim
Insurers Liberty Mutual and Aviva have hit back in a multi-million pound lawsuit brought by UK pub owner Fuller’s over pandemic-related BI losses, arguing that the sum insured covers all premises controlled by the group combined and not on an individual basis.
