Lancashire to raise circa £287mn to take “full advantage” of return to hard market
London-listed Lancashire Holdings is to issue approximately 39.6 million new common shares – with a value of US$0.50 per share in the capital of the Company – as it looks to raise roughly £287mn ($365mn) in fresh equity to take advantage of accelerated hardening rates as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
