Kemper’s Lacher: “Unexpected” Q1 trends a “temporary setback”
Joseph Lacher has stressed that Kemper’s latest quarterly operating loss is a temporary setback with the majority of the drivers “episodic in nature”, while the auto-focused insurer remains on track to write auto business within its new reciprocal during the third quarter.
