Kaufman to acquire Lloyd’s carrier Barbican’s UK MGA

HW Kaufman Group, the US intermediary that owns wholesaler Burns & Wilcox, is poised to acquire a UK MGA owned by Barbican once the Lloyd’s insurer’s sale to Bermudian Arch Capital completes.
