Judge rules Towers Watson insurers not liable for $90mn settlement of Willis merger suits
On remand from the Fourth Circuit, an Eastern District of Virginia judge has ruled that policies issued by Towers Watson’s insurers do not cover a $90mn settlement related to the 2016 merger with Willis.
