Judge: Evidence does not support AssuredPartners’ allegations in CAC dispute

An Oregon judge has said AssuredPartners’ (AP) attempt to seek a temporary restraining order (TRO) and injunction against a group of senior living brokers recently hired by CAC Specialty is without merit and that a review of the case’s evidence “does not support AP’s allegations”.
