Judge declines Mitsui’s move to cap glass maker’s tornado payout to $15mn

A judge has denied a bid to dismiss a case brought by Pilkington North America against Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company of America (MSI) and Aon, in which the glass manufacturer is seeking up to $85mn of coverage for tornado losses on top of the $15mn already paid out.
