James River founder Abram to retire as non-exec chairman
James River Group Holdings has announced that non-executive chairman, founder and former CEO J Adam Abram will not stand for re-election at the 2023 annual meeting, with the board appointing lead independent director Ollie Sherman as its next non-executive chairman.
