IPT “likely” to be revisited in future Budget: AM Best
The controversial insurance premium tax (IPT) is a growing contributor to UK government funds, according to ratings agency AM Best, raising the prospect of a further increase in IPT as policymakers look to fuel the country’s economic recovery from Covid-19.
