Ioannou to succeed Hughes as CEO of American P&I Club’s manager

Marine market veteran Joe Hughes, the long-standing CEO of Shipowners Claims Bureau (SCB) - the manager of the American P&I Club - is stepping down later this year and will be succeeded by deputy chief operating officer Dorothea Ioannou.
