Intact unveils post-RSA deal operating committee
Intact has confirmed the operating committee that will lead its operations once its imminent acquisition of various parts of RSA Insurance Group completes at the beginning of June, with Scott Egan, Louis Gagnon and Michael Miller set to lead the company’s three main divisions under CEO Charles Brindamour.
