Insurers suffer BI case consolidation setbacks in Washington, Oregon and Pennsylvania
US insurers have been dealt blows with regard to Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case consolidation so far in November, with a Washington district court consolidating around 30 cases by insurance group and Oregon and Pennsylvania judges issuing unfavourable orders.
