Insurers strike back against Premier League football clubs’ BI claim
Six insurers – Allianz, Aviva, CNA, Liberty Mutual, MS Amlin and Zurich – are arguing Covid-19 was a single event under the terms of their policy wordings as they set out their defence in a UK legal suit brought by a coalition of some of England’s biggest football clubs.
