Insurers move to appeal ExCeL BI test case judgment
Five insurers – Allianz, Aviva, CNA, Chubb and Zurich – have been given permission to appeal last month’s landmark Commercial Court judgment on the ExCeL centre’s “at the premises” business interruption claim, with only RSA declining to pursue the appeal.
