Insurers handed chance to appeal ExCeL BI test case judgment
London’s High Court has given insurers permission to appeal the pro-policyholder ruling handed down in a key Covid-19 business interruption (BI) test case which found business closures caused by the pandemic are covered by "at the premises" wordings.
