Insurers granted access to purchase price information under Russian oil price cap
The Price Cap Coalition, which regulates the transport and insurance of Russian CN 2709 and CN 2710 cargoes, has updated the price cap rules to enable marine insurers and P&I clubs to request attestations on purchase price and ancillary costs on a per-voyage basis.
