Insurers fight aviation lessor's $20mn Russia claim
London aviation (re)insurers have hit back at a $20mn High Court claim brought by Dublin-based Genesis Aero, arguing that the rising number of out-of-court settlements reached with Russian airlines showed the lessor could reacquire assets trapped following the invasion of Ukraine.
