ILS funds back Lloyd’s investment vehicle Helios in ~£60mn capital raise
In an update this morning, the Lloyd’s investment vehicle said it had raised £53.5mn through its share issue through the placement of 33,412,625 ordinary shares, with plans to raise a further £3mn through a conditional open offer
