IL judge says Aon did not show likelihood of success in TRO motion over Alliant raid
Aon’s motion for a temporary restraining order against nine of its former facultative executives that joined Alliant was denied by an Illinois district court judge who said almost all of the plaintiff’s allegations of misappropriation of trade secret materials “are speculative”.
