Howden and Guy Carpenter settle Maltese poaching dispute
Howden and Guy Carpenter have reached a settlement over a reinsurance poaching dispute relating to the defection of 31 employees including former vice chairman of global specialties Bradley Maltese from the Marsh McLennan subsidiary to its smaller rival last year.
