Hilb acquires PA-based P&C agency Sharpline

Carlyle Group-backed The Hilb Group has acquired Pennsylvania-based Sharpline Insurance Brokerages, a deal that expands the broker consolidator’s property casualty presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
