High Court told pandemic BI wordings could have been written by “chimpanzees”

Lawyers acting for a number of high-profile UK hospitality businesses have urged a London court to back their claim against insurers for pandemic-related business interruption losses, arguing the policies under scrutiny could have been written by “chimpanzees”.
