High Court promises swift judgment in Corbin & King’s Axa BI dispute
London’s High Court has pledged to return judgment in the multi-million-pound Covid-19 business interruption (BI) lawsuit brought by Corbin & King against insurer Axa “as quickly as possible”, with the court recognising the far-reaching consequences of the case.
