Helios raises £12.5mn to fund acquisition of new Lloyd’s vehicles in 2023
Lloyd’s investment fund Helios Underwriting has completed a raise of £12.5mn ($15.1mn) through the placing and subscription of more than eight million new ordinary shares at the price of £1.56 per share, with plans for an additional £1.5mn in the pipeline.
