Harford Mutual to merge with workers’ comp specialist ClearPath Mutual
Maryland-based Harford Mutual Insurance Group has announced that it plans to merge with Kentucky-based ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company, which is a monoline workers’ compensation carrier with over $50mn in direct premiums.
