Hannover Re forms Lloyd’s SPA 6134

German reinsurer Hannover Re has created the fifth new Lloyd’s Special Purpose Arrangement (SPA) Syndicate 6134, managed by the Lloyd’s managing agency Argenta which it acquired last year.
