GuideOne ends legal action against Howden over alleged unplaced fac on ONEOK loss
GuideOne has dropped its lawsuit against the reinsurance arm of London-based Howden Group after the parties came to an agreement over allegations by the Iowa-based mutual insurer that the intermediary had failed to secure facultative reinsurance on a large account hit by a major loss.
