GC launches legal proceedings against Howden and Maltese-led defectors
Guy Carpenter has filed UK High Court proceedings that include a claim against Howden and Bradley Maltese for coordinating an alleged unlawful team move and a claim for an injunction to ensure the return of thousands of pages of confidential information it says appear to have been misappropriated.
