GC and former JLT Re NA chair Raw locked in legal tussle over post-merger ousting
The former chairman of JLT Re’s London North America business Charles Raw is suing Guy Carpenter for alleged breach of contract and loss of earnings the executive said he suffered as a result of Marsh McLennan’s takeover of JLT in 2019, The Insurer can reveal.
