Gartner slams forum of Tokio Marine Covid-19 event cancellation suit
Gartner has asked a Texas judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed against it by a Tokio Marine HCC unit seeking to cap its event cancellation payouts from Covid-19, arguing that the forum is unfair.
