Gallagher’s H1 M&A had total recorded purchase price of $1.43bn
Arthur J Gallagher has revealed the acquisitions it made in the first half of 2023 had a combined recorded purchase price of $1.43bn, with notable deals in the second quarter including $79.4mn for Tay River, $75.3mn for RHP General Agency and $72.2mn for Insurance by Ken Brown.
