Gallagher to buy M&T Insurance Agency

AJ Gallagher has signed a definitive agreement to buy $40mn-revenue M&T Insurance Agency (MTIA) after the intermediary was put up for sale by its super-regional banking parent M&T Bank this summer in a move first revealed by this publication.
