Gallagher to acquire Willis Re in $4bn deal
Arthur J Gallagher has agreed to acquire Willis Re in an initial $3.25bn deal with a $750mn additional consideration payable should the reinsurance broker meet certain third-year revenue targets, which values the broker at approximately 15x Ebitda.
