Gallagher to acquire Cadence Insurance for $904mn
Arthur J Gallagher has agreed a deal to acquire Baton Rouge, Louisiana-headquartered Cadence Insurance for $904mn, a deal that follows this publication revealing the intermediary was one of two frontrunners for the P&C and benefits brokerage business of Cadence Bank.
