Gallagher reveals $129mn price for Cool Insuring Agency acquisition
Expansive broking heavyweight Arthur J Gallagher disclosed a purchase price of $129.1mn for Cool Insuring Agency (CIA), $111.8mn for Harden & Associates and $105.5mn for Ashton Tiffany, its three biggest US acquisitions last year.
